Over the past 45 years I have personally been involved with eight separate real estate transactions with seven different real estate brokers. The sale of our family's house in Carmel turned out to be the most time consuming and was affected by several critical issues. This sale would not have gone as well as it eventually did without the tenacity of Linda Miller who I feel went well beyond what I would see most real estate brokers do in similar circumstances. Her creative solutions to several key problems in getting the house to a marketable position were well thought out and enabled us to get the house into the appropriate price range. Linda Miller of Carmel Realty is an excellent REALTOR® and one I can honestly recommend to any clients who have a need to sell their house. This Carmel Beach Oceanfront home built in 1925 presented some interesting obstacles when determining whether it was to be on Carmel's "historic homes list" as was the recommendation. Through tenacious research and analysis, I created and executed a plan to work with the city and local historians though an ambiguous process to determine the appropriate status for this house.
